Water. Everybody says you need to drink at least 8 ounces of water per day. Unfortunately, I am someone who takes soft drinks as water. So, It is kind of hard for me to regularly drink water.
Most says water is effective in any weight loss program. As, water can help suppress appetite. Meaning, water will help fill my stomach, which will make me feel less hungry and will make me eat less.
Another thing why I really need to start drinking lots of water, it is the metabolism. According to some internet articles that I read, our liver metabolize fat by converting stored fat into energy. This is one main function of our liver. Other function of liver is to help our kidney if it is slacking. Kidney needs lots of water to work properly. So, if our kidney is water-deprived then our liver need to help the kidney. Thus, the overall production of our liver to metabolize fat slows down.
With this new found information, I must really start consuming at least 8 ounces glasses of water a day. I know it will be hard but also know that it is doable. Some tips, that I gathered involves drinking a glass of water upon waking up, another glass of water why changing clothes, glass of water before every meal and must bring a water bottle so one can sip water the entire day.
